Sarah and I touched based at the end of January to see how the training and planning has been going for the big adventures to come this year.
In this interview, we chat about my cycle trip in Portugal, my goals for 2017 (my Champagne goals and my “everyday magic” goals), and share some thoughts about how you can plan for an adventure and tips for how to make it happen.
The new interview, in all its glory and its embarrassingly high number of Sir-Mix-a-Lot references is available here or on iTunes. I am the last lady on this podcast this tim around, which means my part comes on at approximately 3:57:50 in this long but inspirational podcast.
More information, and more inspirational stories are available at toughgirlchallenges.com or join the Tough Girl Tribe group on Facebook.
If you missed the first interview, you can catch it here (my part comes on at approximately 2:18:30) or on iTunes.
The training and adventures are all part of my “Pedalling for Mental Health” journey where I am hoping to raise money for mental health research. If you are able to support this great charity, please donate here (JustGiving) or here (Virgin Money Giving)!
